Job Overview:

We seek a dedicated Educational Program Specialist to design and lead our learning and development initiatives. This role involves a combination of technical understanding, didactical skills, and a passion for education and training. The Specialist will be pivotal in developing and executing a comprehensive learning program, focusing initially on specific topics within our Mixing Plants Division, with potential expansion across the company.

 Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Learning Program Development: Assume full responsibility for designing and strategically developing the Ammann Learning Program. Lead its evolution and design, ensuring it is in sync with company goals and responsive to industry trends.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Foster robust collaboration with various internal departments and external partners, including software providers. Ensure seamless integration of tools and platforms to align training initiatives with internal business objectives and external technological advancements.
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback mechanisms to gauge training effectiveness. Use insights to improve the training content and methods continuously.
  • Advocacy and Engagement: Advocate for continuous learning within the organization and foster an environment of knowledge sharing and professional growth.


Operational Tasks:

  • Content Development and Refinement: Collaborate with Division Plants business experts to gather raw content. Refine and structure this content into pedagogically sound training modules for various roles, including salespeople, service technicians, and project managers.
  • Material Resource Management: Manage the creation and maintenance of training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Training Execution and Instruction: Take charge of organizing and conducting a variety of training sessions, including webinars, onsite workshops, and other interactive formats. Demonstrate expertise in delivering engaging and effective training to diverse audiences, both online and in person, catering to learners of varying skill levels.
  • Diverse IT Tools Utilization: Employ various IT tools to enhance the learning experience, including e-learning platforms, webinar solutions, and others. Specifically, utilize SAP SuccessFactors LMS to effectively manage and track learning programs.



  • Educational Background: Bachelor of Education or a Teaching Diploma, ideally combined with a technical background or a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, complemented by further education in teaching.
  • Presentation Skills and Professional Demeanour: Exceptional presentation, communication abilities, and a confident, self-assured presence. Skilled in effectively conveying complex information and inspiring diverse audiences, with a strong capability in stakeholder management and aligning various interests within complex organizational contexts.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and English (C1 level) is essential; any other language would be an advantage.
  • IT Tools Experience: Familiarity with various IT tools and a natural aptitude for technology is highly advantageous.
