Engineer/constructor
The activities are mainly focused on the following tasks:
* Support design, realization, integration, and testing of instruments prototypes for future space missions.
* Design and realize laboratory infrastructure for calibration, verification, and testing of instruments.
* Support testing activities of flight hardware.
Your profile should indicate experience with CAD (CATIA V5 preferred), an interest in hardware development, flexibility, and teaming ability.
Although German is the working language in the division, English is frequently used.
The person would report to the head of the construction bureau.
The position is available from February 2024 for a period of 2.5 years with possible extension.
Remuneration is in accordance with the personnel regulations of the Canton of Bern.
