Qualifications and competences required:
- Good command of English and German (spoken/written)
- Ability to use MS-Office
- More than 5 years of experience working as ‘Hausmeister/in’ or at the related industry
- Be available, flexible and with good attention to details
- Less than 50 minutes to the work place is desirable
- Working Permit in Switzerland
Start of employment:
(1) Start of employment: 5th January 2025
(2) Duration of employment: The employment contract is for 2 years and will be renewed every two years upon mutual agreement.
Work Schedule:
7 and 1/2 hours a day from Monday to Friday, Saturday(shift) and working hours outside of regular working hours and holidays may occasionally occur
