Information Security Specialist (CISO)

 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and further development of the RONAL GROUP ISMS according to TISAX in close coordination with the business units
• Technical leadership of the information security organization at group level and the local information security coordinators at the RONAL GROUP subsidiaries
• Implementing a security architecture that includes both preventive and reactive security controls
• Identify, assess and mitigate information security risks based on threat and vulnerability assessments (BIA, RIA, PNA)
• Implementation and further development of goup-wide guidelines and precesses for information security
• Leading projects to increase the level of group-wide information security for the RONAL GROUP
• Coaching and consulting of our business units in all information security aspects and topics
• Contribute to information security audits and ensure audit readiness and compliance in the area of responsibility
• Support the subsidiaries in all areas of information security questions in audits
• Deployment of group-wide information security awareness campaigns

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education (Bsc., Msc.) in information security, further training in IT-Security topics is an advantage
• 5 years of experience and proven track record in an information security role, preferably in an international manufacturing company (TISAX or ISO27001)
• Strong technical background and practical knowledge in relevant IT-security solutions 
• Projectmanagement certification is an advantage (IPMA, PMI, Prince2, Scrum)
• Very good English skills spoken and written
• Hands-on and collaborative mindset
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Very good analytical thinking combined with conceptual competencies
• International travel: approx 10-20%
